Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personalization, all sales are final. However, I am human and do make mistakes. If there is an issue with your order, please email me at Threegenstitchco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If it is return eligible, the item must be returned with active tracking within three business days of communication. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of wear. No exceptions.
