Shipping Policy
Three Generation Stitch Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All packages are insured.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States!
How long does shipping take?
Our Current ETA is 2-3 weeks give or take!
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking via shopify once item is shipped!
Returns
Can I return an item?
Due to the nature of personalization, all sales are final. However, I am human and do make mistakes. If there is an issue with your order, please email me at threegenstitchco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If it is return eligible, the item must be returned and actively tracking back within three business days of communication. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of wear. No exceptions.
